So, after much trial and error, we’ve finally created a design process that gives startup businesses stunning websites and brands that’ll help you stand out from the competition, set a strong foundation for brand growth, and help you generate more leads and sales.

Below, we’ve broken down this process from start to finish so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.
Our StartUp Site SetUp service process from start to finish:
1. Onboarding and Pre-work
You’ll be required to do some pre-work for the process to be as effective as possible. Here’s what’s going to happen.
- Step 1: Start the process by paying for the service in full or in two instalments. (If you have questions, you’re also welcome to book a 20-minute Zoom call with us so we can have a quick chat about your goals to ensure this is the right fit for you).
- Step 2: After paying, you’ll be redirected to a Thank You Page with details for the next steps. We’ll also send you an email with more information.
- Step 3: A video will guide you through the different Brand Kit options, and you’ll get to choose your Brand Kit and Colour Palette (or share your own). There are three options: a bold brand kit, a more professional-looking brand kit, and a neutral or earthy brand kit. All three brand kits give you three logos and Font pair choices (including free and paid options). They also include Favicon, patterns, and photo customisations—everything you need for a stunning brand and website!
- Step 4: Next, you can book your Brand and Site Setup Service design days into our calendar within the next 90 days. But when choosing your date, consider whether you’ll be able to have everything (including your copy, photos, and other elements) ready well before this date.
- Step 5: Finally, you can complete the intake form.
- Step 6: While you wait for your booked-in days, we’ll set up your clean/default website and resources and share everything with you.
- Step 7: Then, you’ll fill out the Easy Plug and Plan Copy Guide to have well-written copy that makes your website a client-getting magnet.
- Step 8: Upload your images to the website or Google Drive. Once we have everything, you can relax until your booked-in design days.
2. Design Days
Once your Site Setup service days come, the following will happen.
- Day 1: On the first day of your intensive, we’ll customise your Brand Kit with all your details, photos, and colours. You’ll receive your customised Brank Kit, logo files, photos, and Canva templates for everything so you can make any changes you need in the future.
- Day 2: Once you approve the Brand Kit, we’ll upload everything to your website and customise your pages. This includes your Home Page, About Page, Services Page, and Contact Page with your copy, photos, brand, and colours. You can let us know if you need any changes.
- Day 3: On the last day, we’ll take your website live—either to your hosting or you can choose one of our Care Plan packages. (If you opted for the Blog Post add-on, we’ll do that on Day 3 as well before taking your site live).
