Our care plans are designed to be monthly plans and as such we reserve your place in our queue and resources each month, therefore it does not rollover for our plans.

You can take comfort in the fact that what you will request within that allocated minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.

Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however anything that can fit into your monthly support time is all good. 

On our Premium plan you can also request Social Media, Content and On Page SEO services. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.

Absolutely. We are all about a relationship with you and your website, so we would hate to see you go but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in.

We do ask for a 30 day heads up, to close out all services.

You sure can! We will just need to do do a Website Review for you. This offer costs $197 and includes a video review of the design as well as backend. It also includes all costs included with onboarding you to our Care Plans and migrating to our servers where needed.
